• Work with the Operations team to develop marketing strategies aimed at supporting growth in local and international markets.
• Bachelors’ degree in electrical engineering, electrochemistry, physics, or similar field; and/or Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience within clean-tech or deep-tech industry highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge about clean-tech industry and/or willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hardware and/or software industry. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Supply Chain Expertise: Proven track record in managing supply chains, including procurement, production, and logistics, especially in the context of hardware manufacturing.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hardware production processes and deployment.
• Knowledge of relevant software tools and technologies used in operations and supply chain management.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with strong skills in team management, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
• Analytical Abilities: Proficient in data analysis, with an ability to use data-driven insights to make informed operational decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing business needs and challenges.
